સ્ટાર્ટરમા ગુજ્જુ જીભ ને માફક આવે એવું લઝીઝ થાઈ ફૂડ…(પહેલા જ ફોટામાં જે સાઈડમા બાસ્કેટ છે, એમાં લેખમાં વર્ણવેલા સ્ટીકી રાઈસ છે. ભજીયાં છે એ પમ્પકિન યાને કોળાના છે. છેલ્લે માર્કેટમાં મળતી બનાના રોટી અને ફળોની સુકવણીની ઝલક છે…એ પછી જમતી વખતે કલ્ચરલ સેન્ટરમા જોવા મળતા રંગારંગ કાર્યક્રમની ઝલક છે.
જમી લો પેટ ભરીને પછી રાત્રે કે કાલે આગળ વધીશું. હજુ તો હાથીઓએ દોરેલા ચિત્રો અને રેશમના કીડાઓ ય જોવાના છે, અને લાંબીલચક ડોકવાળી સ્ત્રીઓ પણ… 😛

Looking at this pics and your previous post it clearly seems that they r just marketing their culture as a product for attracting the tourists and earning precious foreign reserve. Y we as a country and people are not able to do the same despite almost limitless cultural heritage and potential?

Nice photos.Have been going to Bangkok since 1990 for business trips and must have gone to Bangkok – Pattaya Industrial areas for at least 20 times or more.But never been to Chiang Mai.Now with colourful information , I will definitely will love to go to this place.As you know , we gujjus always go to place all go and never try to explore unknown but more enthralling places unlike europeans or amreicans.What we care is getting indian food , shopping and visit those places every one says good.

Ofcourse , you must have seen snakss and lizards hanging in restaurants besides rats and frogs.I was offered even grass hoppers pickle by my agent there.He even showed me insects being sold in small lots by hawkers on foot path like we see here hawkers sellng boiled pea nut , chana and bor.It is yucky feeeling but can not blame them . it is their food.
